Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders promptly, with most orders arriving within 2–3 business days.

While we always strive to meet these timescales, delivery times may occasionally vary due to courier delays or product availability. If we anticipate any significant delay with your order, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

Frozen Raw Food Deliveries

To ensure your dog's raw food arrives in perfect condition, orders containing frozen products must include a minimum of 6kg of frozen goods.

This helps maintain a safe temperature throughout transit and ensures your order arrives frozen and ready to store.

If your order contains less than 6kg of frozen products, we'll contact you to discuss the available options before dispatching your order.
